Turkey Burger
While I was looking for a red meat I could tolerate, I stayed with a tried and true burger. I use Kirkland Ground Turkey that is 93/7. There are leaner options elsewhere but x4 1.7lb packs for $21 is very hard to beat. I have found with the 93/7 meat it has good flavor and doesn't dry out like 99/1 has to me in the past. This is how I make them, If you want other garnishments just account for them.
