3 Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup

I found this online and made some slight alterations to make this a Low Sugar Treat. 



Items Needed:

360G Sugar Free Hershey’s Chocolate Chips 1440 cal, Fat 120/ Carb 215/ Protein 0G

¾ Cup PB Fit 360 cal, Fat 12G/ Carb 36G/ Protein 48G

Water

51G Chocolate Whey Protein (I use BPN Fudge Chocolate) 210 cal, Fat 4G/ Carb 6G/ Protein 38G

Cupcake Pan

Cupcake Liner

Food Scale

Microwave

Microwave safe dish

1 TSP measurement implement 

Fridge



How to cook:

Measure out 360G of Chips into a microwave safe bowl

Place bowl into microwave

Microwave bowl until chocolate is melted (Around 3-4 rounds of 1 min)

Measure out ¾ of a cup of PB fit into another bowl

Mix until a thick texture

Place Liners in Cupcake pan

Once melted add 1.5 scoops of protein powder to melted chocolate

Mix until no dry powder left

Put a small amount of chocolate in each liner in the pan

Scoop 1 TSP of Peanut Butter into each liner

Scoop 1 TSP of Chocolate into each liner

Place in Fridge to harder

Enjoy
