This is a list of all of the lower calorie Protein Ice Cream I have come up with over the last few months. All of these were either inspired by what I found online or creations I came up with.

Disclaimer: All recipes listed here work for me. If you try these and have a flair up that is on you. Make alterations as needed to avoid any issues.

Protein Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream - Lite

Items Needed:

400g - Water

34G Mint Chocolate Chip Whey(Whatever kind you want, I used Bowmar Mint Chocolate Chip) 120 cal, Fat 3G/ Carb 5G/ Protein 22G

1G - Xanthan Gum Powder - 0 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

5G - Zero Cal Sweetener - 0 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

15G Zero Sugar Hershey’s Chocolate Chips - 60 cal, Fat 5G/ Carb 9G/ Protein 0G

Sea Salt (a pinch) -  0 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

Frother

Mixer (I use a Ninja Creami)

Freezer


How to cook:

Measure out 400G of Water and put into Creami mixing container 

Add 34G of Protein Powder to the milk

Add 1G of Xanthan Gum Powder to mix

Add 5G of Zero cal Sweetener to mix

Add a Pinch of Sea Salt

Blend until smooth

Put in Freezer until frozen (Around 24 hour)

Use Creami on Light Ice Cream function

Add 15G Chips use Mix- in Function

Enjoy

Protein Vanilla Dark Chocolate Milano Ice Cream - lite

Items Needed:

400G - Water

34G Vanilla Whey/Casein Protein (Whatever kind you want, I use BPN Vanilla) 140 cal, Fat 2G/ Carb 2G/ Protein 25G

1G - Xanthan Gum  - 0 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

5G - Zero Cal Sweetener - 0 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

Sea Salt (a pinch) -  0 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

x3 Double Dark Chocolate Milano Cookies - 210 cal, Fat 11G/ Carb 26G/ Protein 2G

Frother

Mixer (I use a Ninja Creami)

Freezer

How to cook:

Measure out 400G of water and put into Creami mixing container 

Add 34G of Protein Powder to the milk

Add 1G Xanthan Gum

Add 5G of Zero cal Sweetener to mix

Add a Pinch of Sea Salt

Blend until smooth

Put in Freezer until frozen (Around 24 hour)

Use Creami on Light Ice Cream function

Add x2 cookies

Use Mix-In function

Add last cookie

1G - Xanthan Gum Powder - 0 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

5G - Zero Cal Sweetener - 0 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

x3 Gluten Free Oreo - 160 cal, Fat 7G/ Carb 25G/ Protein 1G

Sea Salt (a pinch) -  0 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

Frother

Mixer (I use a Ninja Creami)

Freezer


How to cook:

Measure out 400G of Water and put into Creami mixing container 

Add 37G of Protein Powder to the milk

Add 1G of Xanthan Gum Powder to mix

Add 5G of Zero cal Sweetener to mix

Add a Pinch of Sea Salt

Blend until smooth

Put in Freezer until frozen (Around 24 hour)

Use Creami on Light Ice Cream function

Add 2 oreo’s and use Mix- in Function

Add last oreo as topper

Enjoy

3 Gluten Free Oreo - 160 cal, Fat 7G/ Carb 25G/ Protein 1G

Sea Salt (a pinch) -  0 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

X3 Peanut Butter Cookie - 165 cal, Fat 11G/ Carb 26G/ Protein 2G

7G Hershey’s 0 Sugar Chocolate Syrup - 2 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 1G/ Protein 0G

How to cook:

Measure out 400G of water and put into Creami mixing container 

Add 70G of Protein Powder to the milk

Add 1G of Xanthan Gum Powder to mix

Add 5G of Zero cal Sweetener to mix

Add a Pinch of Sea Salt

Blend until smooth

Put in Freezer until frozen (Around 24 hour)

Use Creami on Light Ice Cream function

Make a hole in the center of the ice cream and add x2 cookies

Put back in Creami mixer and select Mix-IN

Add last cookie to top

Add 7G of Chocolate syrup

Enjoy

8G - Sugar Free white Chocolate Pudding Mix  - 25 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 6G/ Protein 0G

5G - Zero Cal Sweetener - 0 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

Sea Salt (a pinch) -  0 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

50G Banana - 44 cal, Fat 0/ Carb 12/ Protein 0

40G Strawberries (Frozen) - 23 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 6G/ Protein 0G

30G Hershey’s 0 Sugar Chocolate Syrup - 10 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 6G/ Protein 0G

Frother

Mixer (I use a Ninja Creami)

Freezer

How to cook:

Measure out 240G of water into Creami mixing container 

Add 34G of Protein Powder

Add 8G of White Chocolate powder to mix

Add 5G of Zero cal Sweetener to mix

Add a Pinch of Sea Salt

Blend until smooth

Put in Freezer until frozen (Around 24 hour)

Use Creami on Light Ice Cream function

*note if it looks dry add a little water and respin until desired texture

Add 50G of Banana

Add 35G of Strawberries

Add 7G of Chocolate syrup

Use Creami on Mix-in function

Add last Strawberry

Enjoy
