Eggs and Toast

This is a staple for probably everyone. But I decided to get this out there as I have this almost everyday. This is can easily be a sandwich or add some peanut butter to the bread for a little more calories


Items Needed:

115G Egg whites - 62 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 1G/ Protein 13G

1 Large Egg - 70 cal, Fat 5G/ Carb 1G/ Protein 6G

X2 Bread - 60 cal (I use Live Carb Smart White), Fat 1G/ Carb 24G/ Protein 8G

14G Butter - 35 cal (I use I can’t believe its not Butter) Fat 4G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

Salt

Pepper

*Optional Ketchup, Mustard, Peanut Butter

Frying Pan

Stove top

Toaster

How to cook:

Measure out 115G of egg whites and put into pan

Crack and add one large egg

Turn Stove top

Mix the egg and egg whites together like you are making an omelet

Add Salt and Pepper while eggs are still wet

While waiting for eggs to cook put the bread in the toaster

Toast to desired outcome

When eggs look mostly cooked fold over to make an omelet

When eggs are cooked cut into 4 pieces (Don't if you want a sandwich)

When the toast is done Butter the bread

Plate

Enjoy
