Items Needed:

400G - Lite Orange Juice (Whatever kind you want, I use Tropicana no pulp lite) - 84 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 19G/ Protein 1G

34G Vanilla Whey/Casein Protein (Whatever kind you want, I use BPN Vanilla) 140 cal, Fat 2G/ Carb 2G/ Protein 25G

100g Greek yogurt (I used Fage) - 53 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 3G/ Protein 11G

Mixer (I use a Ninja Creami)

How to cook:

Measure out 400G of Orange Juice and put into Creami mixing container 

Add 34G of Protein Powder to the milk

Add 100g of yogurt

Blend until smooth

Put in Freezer until frozen (Around 24 hour)

Use Creami on Light Ice Cream function

How to cook:

Measure out 450G of Milk and put into Creami mixing container 

Add 30G of Protein Powder to the milk

Add 8G of White Chocolate powder to mix

Add 5G of Zero cal Sweetener to mix
