Protein+ Banana Pudding
I made this snack because I love pudding but I wanted something with more protein and lactose free. This can be made with Vanilla Wafers also if you want a little something else texture wise. You can make this with less protein less calories, just take a look at my Protein Pudding and Protein Pudding-low fat recipes
Items needed:
Banana Pudding Mix Mix
Vanilla Protein Powder
Milk (Lactaid, Fairlife, whole, Nut)
4 cup bowl
Whisk or frother
5 ½ or 1 cup containers
Food scale
How to make:
Add 2 cups of Milk to bowl
*Note I use Lactaid Protein Plus, I have not tried with a Nut milk yet
Whisk in or frother in 2 scoops of protein
Mix for a minimum of 30 sec or until fully dissolved
Mix in Pudding mix while whisking or frothing until dissolved
*Note Should be a runny but starting to seem like it is getting thicker
Put container on scale and 0 out the scale
Pour 120ml or 120g into container
Put in fridge to set
120ml Container Total Calories 168
Marcos Protein 15g, Carbs 20g, Fat 4g
120ml Container With Vanilla Wafers (4 wafers) Total Calories 238
Marcos Protein 16g, Carbs 20g, Fat 7g
