No Flour Protein Brownie - Low Calorie
This is a dessert that I found in a club I am in. A member found and shared this recipe and I made some slight alterations to make it lower in fat and calories. This version is very cakey and pretty dry but if you make a few alterations you can have it be moist. This is a great treat at the end of the day, especially with some low calorie ice cream.

Items Needed:
Oven
Mixing Bowl
Silicone Spatula
Scale
Teaspoon
Measuring cup
Nonstick spray
8x8 brownie pan
PB Fit or your choice of Dry Peanut Butter (1 cup, 128g) 608 calorie, Fat 16g, Protein 56G, Carbs 48G
Hershey's Special Dark Cacao Powder or whatever cacao powder you like ⅓ cup (26g) 53 Calorie, Fat 0g, Protein 5g, Carbs 15g
Ascent Chocolate Protein Powder Or whatever chocolate protein powder you like 1 Scoop (33g) 120 Calorie, Fat 1g, Protein 25g, Carbs 4g
Large Eggs (2) 140 Calorie, Fat 10g, Protein 12g, Carbs 0g
Walden Farms Maple Syrup or whatever low to no calorie maple syrup you like ½ cup (26g) 0 Calorie, Fat 0g, Protein 0g, Carbs 0g
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon 0 Calorie, Fat 0g, Protein 0g, Carbs 0g
Vanilla Extract 1 Teaspoon 0 Calorie, Fat 0g, Protein 0g, Carbs 0g
Sea Salt 1 pinch 0 Calorie, Fat 0g, Protein 0g, Carbs 0g
Water (⅛ Cup or until batter is moist)
How to Make:
Preheat Oven to 350 Degree
Measure out 128g of PB Fit into a measuring cup and place into mixing bowl
Measure out 26g of Cacao Powder into a measuring cup and place into mixing bowl
Measure out 33g of Ascent Protein powder (Or 1 scoop of your protein) into a measuring cup and place into mixing bowl
Crack 2 eggs into mixing bowl
*note - If you want them fluffier separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Froth/Wisk the egg whites until foamy and white
Measure out 26g of Walden Farms Pancake Syrup into a measuring cup and place into mixing bowl
Measure out 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder and place into bowl
Measure out 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract and place into bowl
Get Sea Salt and put in 1 pinch
Measure out 30g of Hershey's Zero Sugar Chocolate Chips into a measuring cup and place into mixing bowl
After everything is in the bowl use your Silicone Spatula and Mix together.
While mixing, add a little water at a time until the mixture is not dry and slightly runny.
Spray nonstick spray into your pan if you need to
Once bowl is properly mixed, scoop into the pan and spread out the mix evenly
Once the oven is at 350 degree place pan into oven and set timer for 20 minutes
Check on the pan after 17 minutes with a toothpick. If the toothpick is covered in batter wait 3 more minutes
If it has very little batter on it then take it out of the oven and let it rest.
If you cut the pan into 9 servings this is what the Breakout looks like
