Bison Burger

After some experimentation with red meats after my diagnosis, I found that any cow meat did not sit well in my stomach. I watched a lot of Brian Shaw’s youtube videos and he regularly had Bison in his meals. So I gave it a shot, and it has been such a blessing to have in my diet. I digest it well, it is leaner and more protein per 4oz serving than beef, and is now a staple in my diet. It is also arguably more tasty than beef also. This is how I make them, If you want other garnishments just account for them.
