Transformation Challenge 2024 Day 7
Day 7 has been good. I woke up naturally very early. I wasn't tried or worried about anything, I just woke up. So I decided to let my body wake up for a couple hours and then hit the gym. I then went to Target to get some items, then back home to make a whole lot of meat for the coming week.
When I woke up I didn't hurt or anything which was a nice change of pace. My fingers/hands didn't hurt, or my knees or anything really. I let my body wake up for a couple hours and then my Right elbow started to hurt like it did last night. Not sure why, as I did legs 2 days ago. It's been 3 days since I did anything with my arms.
I made my Workout shake and took my iron, krill, and aleve. The workout itself was really good. I did a 10 min walk, 5 minutes on the hand crank bike thingy. Then I did Cable Tri Push Down 3x15 at 25 lbs, Concentrated Bi Curls 3x15 at 15 lbs, Dumbbell Lateral Raise 3x15 5 lbs, Seated Single Arm Skull Crusher 3x10 at 10 lbs, and then Finally seated row 3x15 at 50 lbs. After working sets it was back to the treadmill for a 5 min cool down walk.
After the workout I went to Target to walk around a little and look at some new pans. My non-sticks weren't really non-stick any more. I found a medium and small pan for $20 and grabbed some Bananas. It was a quick trip but it was stuff I had to get.
When I got home it was time to throw on some youtube videos like Will Tyenneson or Sam Sulek as I made meat for the coming week. I made my typical Bison burgers and Turkey Burgers. I had to make about 3x the Turkey burgers as my meat was starting to get freezer burnt. So less chicken this week to eat up the Turkey. Also had 3 Chicken Breasts sitting in buttermilk for a day or so, so I had to make that 12 oz also.
Overall it's been a good day. It was a nice hard workout and overall relaxing day.
