Transformation Challenge 2024 Day 33

Day 33 was very boring. I got my blood drawn again for more tests. I worked from home on a Thursday for a change this year. My Stellar injector came in the mail. I made a decision to help with my situation that my doctors might not like. Finally I went to the gym and got my walk in for the day.

I woke up early for a day that last year I would have worked from home. I scheduled my blood draw for 7:20 to get it done and over with as I wasn't sure if I needed to be fasted or not. So just getting it done first thing is the easiest. Getting the draw wasn't the funnest as my left shoulder isn't happy today and I can barely move my left arm. And that is the arm I use to give blood.

At the draw I stopped at my moms to pick up some food from the freezer. I was low on chicken chunks and I wanted to get some of my Halo tops that I got when they were on sale. I spoke with her for a few minutes as she was about out the door to go to her doctor appointment.

During lunch I made more jello for the week. This time it was the normal sugar free jello. So my serving went back to 20 calories instead of 100. Now I can have a couple a day instead of 1. While I was making jello I heard a knock on my door. It was the UPS guy delivering my Stellar. That was crazy fast as I spoke to CVS Specialties yesterday afternoon. So now I have that for next week.

After work I went to the gym to get a walk in. But before I left I noticed I had a small blister on my pinky toe. So of course I popped it. I then realized I didn't have any blister bandaids so I ran up to walgreens to get some. The walk sucked for the first 20 minutes but after my body heated up and my toe went “numb” it got easier.

After the gym I made a decision. With my left shoulder barely functioning, My right shoulder is starting to get sore, My lower back is really sore, and my jaw is hurting a lot, I made a decision. I have a lot of Prednisone left over from the last time I needed it. So If this is an autoimmune issue, and I am having a lot of inflammation, they would put me on this anyways. So for the next couple days I am going to take this and see if I get better. I would wait for my Stellara shot but they told me not to. And I will follow that but they didn't say anything about Steroids, so I took it. It's only been a few hours since I took it and I am noticing a very slight difference already. We will see in the morning if I am experiencing a placebo effect right now.
