Transformation Challenge 2024 Day 29
Today is day 29 aka the start of Week 5 and it was a pretty lazy one. I got in about miles 5 miles of walking. I make meat for the week. I got in a nice nap, and I got caught up on some anime.
I woke up around 8 am for a change. It was really nice getting to sleep in so late for me. When I stood up I didn't hurt at all for about 3 minutes. I can't remember the last time I wasn’t sore or tender. But it did only last about 3 minutes then my left knee started to twinge and so did my feet.
I went to the gym and got in my first walk. I again walked for an hour since I do not want to chance lifting just yet. I should get my test results this week and we can understand if what is going on is being caused by the Stelara or if more tests are needed.
After the gym I went home and made breakfast. I made my usual egg white sandwich and PB fit. I also made a Seeq and prime protein juice. I like how the protein juice is very filling and can last me hours of sipping along with real food.
After Breakfast I make my meat for the week. My Bison burgers and Turkey Burgers. I have found that making them into patties makes it easy to have the servings the same or at least as close as possible. I could have it all broken up taco meat but I don't like to cook that way. And If I don't want a burger they are easy enough to break apart.
After Lunch I took a quick nap and it felt good except my neck got stiff. When I went to the gym the second time it was hard to drive due to my neck stiffness. Even now it isn't easy to move it around. It should loosen up overnight like most of my pains tend to do these days.
When I got back I made some Bison Burgers and watched some Anime. I am rewatching farming life in another world. I really like these slice of life anime as of late. Also Solo Leveling has been amazing and I can't wait for the next episode.
