Transformation Challenge 2024 Day 2
Day 2 has been a rough one. After my workout on Sunday I am pretty sore. Not a good sign since it is usually 2 days after that the real soreness happens. I took some Aleve and Tylenol this morning due to my wrist and ankle hurting. I believe this is from some beef I ate. I wanted to test again if Beef would screw with me in some way and yes…. Yes it does. So it is now 100% confirmed I can no longer have beef without my joints hurting for several days after. So whenever I get to Japan and have my Kobe Wagyu beef. It will have to be on my last day there.
As far as my movement and stretching, those went without issue. I walked around Costco during lunch and actually found a great deal on a new Airfryer. My old one was more of a Toaster oven and didn't do a good job of “Frying” my meals. So this new one is from Ninja and is a more traditional basket style. I am actually waiting for it to finish cooking my Chicken Chunks and fries as I write this and it smells amazing. I actually got my mom one also as she also had a Toaster oven style and agreed it did not do a great job.
The 80 oz of water shouldnt be a big deal. But it is turning out to be more difficult than I thought. Plain water is very boring and well having to pee every 45 minutes gets old fast. I find this funny as I am used to drinking over 100 oz a day but I usually add a hydration pack which adds flavor so it goes down easier.
But that's about it for day 2. I'm sore, very hydrated, and got a new air fryer.
