Transformation Challenge 2024 Day 15
Day 15 was a nice relaxing day. Gave Dot his meds. Went to the Gym. Planned out my day's food. Watched some anime and the last season of Letterkenny. Today was a good day. As for the Start of week 2 our weekly challenge is to show appreciation to someone 5 times this week. Funnily enough, at work there is a Judos board that we just started. So I'm thinking that is what I am going to be doing this week.
Today is day 4 of giving Dot his medicine. He is doing a lot better now. He has stopped weezing and the swelling has gone down. He is kinda zonked out but that is to be expected on these meds.
After I gave Dot his meds it was my Standard breakfast minus the PB Fit. Today was a gym day so I knew I needed those calories for the workout shake. After I ate Breakfast I planned out my lunch and dinner. Then I went to great clips to get a haircut
When I got done with the haircut I went to the gym. I started with 20 minutes on the recumbent bike. Then it was chest and back day. So the standard pec and read delt flys, seated chest press, back extensions, then cross cable pull down. After the chest and back it was a nice 33 min walk on the treadmill. It was about 95 minutes at the gym and nearly 1200 calories. I made sure to keep my heart rate up in the 150 range most of the time.
After the Gym it was back home for lunch. I had 9 oz of ground turkey, 76g of riced cauliflower, one of my protein jello, 6 oz of carrots and a granny smith apple. Nice and simple but gets the job done.
Then I took a shower and relaxed on the couch. Around 6:30 I made dinner. It was 2 Kirkland chicken fresh additions on 2 Carb Balance Tortilla wraps with Lettuce and mustard. Again simple but good. Now I have about 200 calories left and i'm trying to decide on what I want. I could have ⅔ of a halotop, or a snickers protein bar, or a legendary protein poptart. Not sure yet.
