Transformation Challenge 2024 - April Day 7
Day 7 was a good day but not as good as the previous few. I got in multiple workouts today. I cleaned up my kitchen and tossed some stuff out that I haven't used in forever. I made my meat for the week, along with more pudding. I also picked up a few things from the store.
I slept past 7 again so that was nice. After I got cleaned up I did my first 10 push ups. Since I woke up later I decided to make Breakfast before I went to the gym. I wanted to lift early so I made sure to get energy in around 30 minutes before I lifted.
When I got to the gym it was nice and dead. So After a quick warm up on the treadmill it was time for leg day. Today I made it pretty tough on myself. I was smarter than normal and started with Barbell squats. After squats it was on to plate loaded seated calf raises, then leg curl and extensions. The last leg exercise was a seated leg press. After leg day it was time for an hour of cardio. I was wiped and went home and relaxed on the couch for a little while.
After resting I ate a fairly large lunch. I had 3 bison burgers and rice with carrots and an apple. After lunch I watched some anime and took a nap. After the nap I went back up to the gym for my second walk. Today I got in around 8 miles and actively burned over 2500 calories.
After my walk I went back home and started to make my meat for the week. I made up my Bison and Turkey. I also took the time to make some protein pudding for the week. Today I used a mesh stranger to get rid of any chunks from mixing in the protein to the lactaid. It seemed to do well but we will see this week. While I was cooking I also cleaned up my kitchen a bit. I got rid of some old food in the freezer and an old coffee maker. I have no use for it since I don't drink coffee.
After cleaning I ran up to the store. When I was cooking I ran out of salt. So I got more and I also want to walk around Walmart a bit to get some more steps. While I was there I got the salt I needed. I also got some other items. I picked up some bread, butter, and a couple Cauliflower Pizzas.
After the trip it was back home to make dinner and relax for the rest of the night.
