Transformation Challenge 2024 - April Day 6
Day 6 was another great day for me. I got up early and went to the gym. I went up to Culligan to change out my water bottles. I went over to my moms to help her move some stuff. We also made a new treat and I made some jello so I could take some nice pictures for my recipe book. Then it was off to lunch with her, her treat. Then it was back home to write then back to the gym then dinner.
I woke up fairly early today and I tried to wait for Powerhouse gym to open but I couldn't remember when it opened, so I ended up at planet. When I got to PLanet it was very empty so I did a quick 5 minutes on the treadmill then it was time for the pull session. I was going to do this later today but I had the energy and the equipment was empty. It was a decent session but I didn't get the same feel, I think it was the atmosphere. After lifting it was on the treadmill for an hour to finish off my first cardio session of the day.
After the gym I went up to Culligan to change out my water bottles. I didn't want to run out this week so I had to do it today as they are not open on sundays. After that it was over to Meijer to pick up a couple things to make a new No Flour Protein brownie dessert. I found it in the ShawStrength club but I modified it so that it was way less calorie. The original recipe made the batch around 2700 calories and mine got it down to around 1200 for the batch.
When I got back home I packed up my protein and other stuff and went over to my moms. Her house and kitchen are much nicer than mine so in exchange for moving stuff around for her she let me use her kitchen. I wanted to make some of my Protein Jello so I could take some nice photos for my recipe book. I also wanted to make the brownies there so if I liked it then I would be able to take nice photos there.
After making the jello, and baking, and moving stuff around we went to lunch. She suggested it so she paid. We took my Mustang as this was likely one of the last times she would get to ride in it before I sell it. After lunch we ran over to home depot for her. She had to pick some stuff up, and hey extra steps never hurt.
After I dropped my mom back off at her house it was back to my place to write up the recipe. I liked the No Flour Brownie enough to add it to my book. I also took the time to change out the stock photo for the Jello’s To the ones I took which I feel better about since I didn't get these off the internet like I did with what I was using.
After writing it was off to the gym again to get my second walk in. It was back to planet as Powerhouse was now closed. I really wish they had better hours on the weekend. Only 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday are not enough. You would think they would be open earlier and later on the weekends, but no. I got my second hour of walking in and it was back home for dinner.
Dinner was simple today. I just did 2 Bison burgers, a protein jello, protein pudding, and baked cheetos. Now I am writing this and just realized I still have about 20 push ups left. So I am going to wrap this up.
