This is a list of all of the Protein Sorbet I have come up with over the last few months. All of these were either inspired by what I found online or creations I came up with.

Disclaimer: All recipes listed here work for me. If you try these and have a flair up that is on you. Make alterations as needed to avoid any issues.

Protein Peach Sorbet

Items Needed:

X1 Can  Peachs (I used  Walmarts No Sugar Added Sliced Peaches) - 110 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 29G/ Protein 4G

20G Collagen (Whatever kind you want, I used Vital Collagen Peptides) 70 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 1G/ Protein 18G

5G - Zero Cal Sweetener - 0 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

Sea Salt (a pinch) -  0 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

Blender

Mixer (I use a Ninja Creami)

Freezer


How to cook:

Open can of peaches and put into blender

Add 20G of collagen to the blender

Add 5G of Zero cal Sweetener to mix

Blend until smooth

Transfer mix into Creami container

Put in Freezer until frozen (Around 24 hour)

Use Creami on Sorbet Function 

Enjoy

Items Needed:

70G Mango (Frozen) - 40 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 10G/ Protein 0G 

70G Pineapple (Frozen) - 35 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 19G / Protein 0G

26G clear whey Isolate (Whatever kind you want, I used Seeq Blue Razz Freeze ) 100 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 1G/ Protein 22G

5G - Zero Cal Sweetener - 0 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

Sea Salt (a pinch) -  0 cal, Fat 0G/ Carb 0G/ Protein 0G

240ml Water 

Blender

Mixer (I use a Ninja Creami)

Freezer


How to cook:

Measure out 70G of Mango and put into blender

Add 70G of Pineapple and put into blender

Add 26G of Protein Powder to the blender

Add 5G of Zero cal Sweetener to mix

Add a Pinch of Sea Salt to Mix

Add 240ml of water to blender

Blend until smooth

Transfer mix into Creami container

Put in Freezer until frozen (Around 24 hour)

Use Creami on Sorbet function

If it isn't the right texture you want and looks a little dry, Add a little water and Respin
