Transformation Challenge 2024 Day 25

Day 25 started rough. Overnight we had a massive thunderstorm. A tornado actually landed about 5 or miles from my apartment and knocked power out for some time. I woke up with my knees being only slightly sore and my hands were good.

Today I got woken up at about 1:10 am by a massive thunderstorm. Overnight we went from 75 degrees to about 20 degrees. That temperature drop caused a massive storm with hail and even a tornado. The tornado touched down about 5 or 6 miles from my apartment and actually destroyed a warehouse.

When I woke up from my alarm at my normal 5:45 the power was still out. I had to be in Troy at 11 am for a Business meeting so I wasn't planning on going into the office like normal. If I did try to go to the office I would have been there for about an hour before I would have had to leave. And the meeting was an hour away from my office. So it didn't make sense for me to go in.

After my meeting I stopped at Costco and got more meat. I got my Bison, Ground turkey, Ketchup, and Spicy Chicken Tenders. During the trip my hands started to hurt again. It was my left thumb and right index fingers again.

When I got home I ate lunch and watched some youtube on my phone. At around 6:30 I ran up to the gym and luckily they had power. So I did my hour walk and my index finger started to really get sore. I am really hoping for some sort of news this week from my Blood work.
