Transformation Challenge 2024 Day 23

Day 23 came early. This morning was a little rough but not as bad as other days. My hands were sore but didn't hurt a whole lot. My left shoulder was the problem today. It was very difficult to move. Work was average and getting to drive the Mustang today was a very nice treat. Too bad I had to put it back up due to Rain tomorrow then it being cold until the weekend again.

I woke up this morning feeling mostly ok. My hands were sore but manageable. MY left shoulder I could barely move. I had a feeling this was going to happen because last night before I went to bed my shoulder was tender. Throughout the day my shoulder got better but driving the Mustang with basically one arm and with my hands sore wasn't the greatest. It has very heavy steering even when it is in comfort mode.

After work it was back up to my brothers house to trade the Mustang back for the Equinox. During lunch I checked on the weather for the rest of the week and tomorrow is going to be nearly 65 but it's going to be raining. I don't want to detail the car again so back to storage.

After that it was back home to change and go to the gym. I tried on my new shoes I got for cardio and the toe box is a little too narrow. So this weekend when I go up to get the Mustang for a couple more days I am going to return this pair of shoes. I went to the Gym and did my hour-long walk since I can't lift. After that it was back home for Dinner.
