Transformation Challenge 2024 - April Day 10
Day 10 was a good day. The Prednisone is finally starting to get to me mentally. My brain fog is back with a vengeance. My drive to work wasn't bad. But my drive was not acceptable. I went to the gym and exchanged the sleeveless sweatshirt for a larger size and got in a very good pull day with cardio.
I woke up about 30 minutes early today. Still not early enough to have gotten in a walk. I got ready and made my lunch and breakfast. The drive to work was uneventful. I am having to take the long way thanks to all the construction.
At work we have a lunch meeting so I didn't get to go for my afternoon walk. Today took a long time, my focus was off and the brain fog was real. I'm pretty sure the Prednisone I have been on for about a month now has finally caught up to me. My eyes have been a little cloudy/ not sharp, and now it's hitting my brain.
I spoke to my gastro and my Stelara treatment is supposed to increase to 1 shot every 4 weeks. But my insurance is dragging their feet and say they have until the 19th to make a decision. The 4 week mark this past monday. So luckily I am on Steroids to help. It's a total double edge sword.
The drive home was horrible. I stopped at Costco to pick up meat and a couple things. The drive on a normal day is about 1:15-1:30 today took 2 hours. There were just so many accidents and people not paying attention.
When I got home I changed and went to the gym. I brought back the sleeveless sweatshirt as the one I got yesterday was way too small. The cut is just crazy small. Even small people had to go up a size according to the desk person. I did my normal hour of cardio and then it was pull day. I got a really good pump and my arms felt huge.
That’s it for today. Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop!
Stop back tomorrow for Day 11!
