Transformation Challenge 2024 - April Day 12
Day 12 was a good day. I woke up early and got into the gym before work. It was a work at home day so no driving. I had a lighter workload today so I was able to space out a bit. After work I went to the gym again and then Walmart to pick up a couple things.
I woke up about 15 minutes before my alarm. Today is an active rest day so I contemplated going to the gym first thing and later today. I decided to do 2 walks cause why not. If I didn't go too hard then it would still be an active rest activity. I got to the gym around 6:50 so it was a little later than I wanted. I ended up only getting 45 minutes so I could make it back home to start my work day.
The work day was pretty chill. I didn't have anything due today so I just relaxed most of the day. I made my breakfast around 9 am. I took my vitamins and stuff around 11 because I forgot to take them earlier. For Lunch I made my typical but didn't eat the Yogurt as I like to save those for when i'm at work. So that gave me an extra 90 calories I could save for later.
After work I was off to the gym. But before I left the car cover on my mustang almost blew away. The wind was blowing hard and the cover ended up being snagged by the mirror which saved it from blowing away entirely.At the gym it was a little more vigorous walk and I got in 3 miles. After that it was over to Walmart to grab some more apples and a couple other things. In total today i'm around 17K steps.
